ACT Training Sites

The ACT Program has been successfully adopted and hosted by a variety of organizations and institutions in the US as well as in other countries. As a result there are many possibilities for professionals to find where to attend the ACT Facilitator workshop.

ACT Regional Sites in the US

All trainings for the ACT Program in the US are conducted by the ACT Regional Centers located in different regions of the country.

What is the Role of an ACT Regional Center?

The ACT Regional Centers are responsible for the expansion and coordination of the program in five regions of the country. Their mission includes:

  • Promotion of the program in their regions
  • Organization of workshops to train professionals (ACT Facilitators) to conduct the program 8-week series
  • Assistance to the organizations and professionals implementing the program.
  • Information about communities and agencies hosting the program classes for parents and caregivers
